The wine is made on the vine. This premise reaches greater veracity when referring to Vilerma, which only makes wine from the grapes grown in the 7 hectares of land which comprise the property.

The cellar, with a homely character, defines the coupage of its wines on the vine by means of a cared selection and proportion of the indigenous varieties. In the vinification process, special care is taken to avoid that the free run must, produce of a light pressing, suffers aggressive elaboration procedures.

In both the white and red, Vilerma only produces one brand and only one quality that, with the variations due to each harvest, has been maintained during these last 30 years.
